I have examined the accompanying Ordinance entitled

"Am Ordinance to amend the Law Amendment Ordinance,1911′′

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Instructions,

This Ordinance which has been drafted by the Editer of the

New Revised edition completes the schedule of the principal Ordinance,

The first valume of the new edition ends with the Ordinances of the

year 1899 and the second volume with those of the year 1911. The fact

that this amending Ordinance contains in the schedule references to the Ordinances of both these years is explained by the fact that the Mer- chant Shipping Amendment Ordinance 1911 made it necessary to delay the

completion of the Revision of the first volume until the second volume

was practically complete.
